This is the best dealership we have ever dealt with for service. We currently live in the middle of Sacramento and Concord. We choose to go to Concord BMW because of the service. They treated us as if we had bought the car from Concord BMW. They have always been courteous. They have provided us a loaner car any time we have requested one. The have even come and picked up our car and dropped off a loaner for us, due to extenuating circumstances. Our Service Advisor Shane has always been helpful and informative.
