Recently, I had the experience of taking my 2004 BMW 530I for service. I was a wonderful experience. Treated very well by Peter from the moment I called about a used Mini listed on Auto Trader (I think that was the site). I had concerns going to a BMW dealership as to how I would be treated since I definit a used Mini listed on Auto Trader (I think that was the site). I had concerns going to a BMW dealership as to how I would be treated since I definitely was pulling up in an old Chevrolet, but those concerns were doused immediately. Peter treated us with respect, and my wife and I always felt like we were a priority even though we weren't buying a $50k car. That's when you know customer service is good. Plus Peter stayed late to make sure our deal was done, and even went back inside to make sure my floormats were ordered. Thanks! More

I had been looking for a Mini that fit my needs, and I had gone to this dealership as well as East Bay Mini. East Bay Mini was also very friendly, but I felt as if they were being nice and saying what I w had gone to this dealership as well as East Bay Mini. He did not try to sell me additional features, etc. because he knew I was clear about what I wanted and did not want. There was no bargaining involved since I got my Mini as a "manager's special," so I did not feel as if I was being hassled. Even after my car was purchased, Jason helped me with a few manufacturing details that were missing in my Mini. Overall experience was great and quick. More

Peter was attentive to my vehicle needs and was able to assist my husband and I through every step of the purchasing process. He explained things in layman terms as well as listened to our needs, both from a financial perspective and a vehicle "wanted features" point of view. Bottom line Peter represents BMW very well and takes the hassle out of car shopping and buying! BMW in my opinion stands for high performance, excellence, and class...Peter embodies these characteristics! More

Tim Renner was very helpful with my old 1989 BMW. As a first time owner of a BMW, it was a very hassle-free experience at my local BMW dealership for maintenance. I had no appointment scheduled and was still assisted and met Tim Renner in a matter of 10 mi experience at my local BMW dealership for maintenance. Unexpected service requirement on a Saturday. Tim called early in the AM that he was the Customer Contact and would be in touch with me shortly on Maintenance. Tim provided the best experience I've had going to a dealership for service. Tim/Concord BMW accomodated the day I requested, the car was ready when promised and ALL service items were completed as pro dealership for service.
