Buying a car through Mini if Wichita was overall A+ experience. They had a right car at a right price and every person I spoke with was pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. I had car towed in, and Christian had me sign for a $199 “comprehensive diagnostic”! All they delivered was a “diagnostic history” from when the car was built, but nothing for the time they had it for serv “comprehensive diagnostic”! All they delivered was a “diagnostic history” from when the car was built, but nothing for the time they had it for service! Then they told me I needed an “engine replacement” on a car that has no history of engine problems. If I was not in Wichita for a funeral, I’d take them to court! They should be ashamed! More
