Before I paid a dime, I received a text from my mechanic with a video explanation of all work that had been done and alerts about issues that need to be addressed. I was able to correspond to each suggestion, to ask questions or to give my ok to do the work now. Mechanics are the best at this dealership. I’ve been going there for over ten years now.
