I wanted to purchase my BMW vehicle at the end of a lease. It is required to do so now directly with a dealership. Vista uses this as an opportunity to prey on their customers with BS fees and charge lease. It is required to do so now directly with a dealership. It is not needed or required by anyone just an excuse to gouge the public. The only thing they can charge for is the residual cost of the vehicle, taxes, and title/registration fees. Lauderdale BMW of Pembroke Pines understands this and took care of me, I will never step foot into Vista again. More

on April 5 2022 I brought my my 4 month old 2022 BMW 330 In for service a censor light was on. Visa BMW told me the censor was bad and could not be covered under warranty telling me that my front bumper 330 In for service a censor light was on. I bought the car brand new saw it come off the truck covered in plastic .they wanted to charge me $1200 to fix the car I took the car to BMW Pembroke pines and they covered it under warranty they confirmed this car never had any paint work done .i do not understand how this dealer can have such incompetency and rude people in service .I will not be going back there i really do not like posting bad reviews I was just so upset I Had to speak out and I do not want any body being taken advantage of thanks reading More

I recently purchased a Certified Pre-owned BMW from Vista BMW of Coconut Creek. The car was less than 1 year old and had 18,000 miles. I asked my salesman why there was high miles on the car and he said it w BMW of Coconut Creek. The car was less than 1 year old and had 18,000 miles. I asked my salesman why there was high miles on the car and he said it was a loaner. I believed him (unfortunately) and purchased the car. Later that week I checked online about this particular car and found out that it wasn't actually a loaner. It was a rental car in California. I also found rental car information under the seat and the clock in the car was set 3 hours behind. If he would have been up-front with me about the history of the car, I wouldn't have purchased it. However, I'm happy with the car but I don't like having someone lie to me so they can get a sale. I'm never going to this dealership again. More

He said, "Nicole is the best and will fix the pairing problem." He was correct, and has my gratitude. After shutting down a slew of IPhone apps, running in the background, she then paired my phone with Bluetooth, and brought back ApplePlay to my screen.
