She made it abundantly clear that my presence was an inconvenience, showed zero patience, and treated me as though I was wasting her time. I have never felt so openly dismissed by someone whose job is literally to deal with customers. In the past month alone, I have spent over $3,500 at your dealership. After this experience, you will never receive another penny from me. I will also make it a point to tell friends, family, and colleagues to avoid Coconut Creek BMW at all costs.
