Service member left personal property in vehicle center consul that alerted me of someone tracking me. Took my personal time to return personal property nothing shady happened but don’t know why it was p consul that alerted me of someone tracking me. The low brake fluid warning came on a little over a week from service. but over a week has gone buy & service department never called back. I was told by front desk I guess you need brake service. Didn’t until you touched my car if you did the fluid checks then you would have known. If you didn’t then my service wasn’t done according to BMW. Since dealer refuses to contact me I’ll be going directly to BMW. More

In addition, since the car didn’t have the calipers already painted in my chosen color, he arranged for that to be done with a 3rd party vendor. During this time he also arranged for me to get another 2026 vehicle of the same model so I would not miss out on my new car experience. Jason kept me updated during the shipping and power coating experience. I am very grateful for his dedication and professionalism as this made my car buying experience the best I have ever had..
