I don't usually leave reviews, but JC Otero definitely deserves one. I spent quite a bit of time researching the X5, talking to multiple dealerships, comparing offers, and making sure I understood all th deserves one. Throughout the whole process, JC was always quick to respond, easy to talk to, and genuinely helpful. What I appreciated most is that he never disappeared, even when I was asking a lot of questions and comparing different options. He stayed engaged, kept looking for solutions, and ultimately helped me get into the best X5 I could find within my budget. There were several dealerships competing for my business, and in the end, JC earned it. Not because he had the first offer, but because of his professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to work with me to make the deal happen. I'm extremely happy with my new X5 and grateful for the experience. If you're looking for someone who will take care of you and work hard to earn your business, ask for JC. Thanks again! More
