I am a compulsive guy who keeps his stuff perfect. I then brought it back for the final after driving only 18 miles to and from my house and was told that there were scratches on the underside bumper cover. My wife and I gave it the once over again before giving it back and found it perfect. The valet jockeys were moving it all over the place and I am positive they or someone at Vista BMW hit a chock or curb. I told them not to move the car and they ignored my wish. THEN I was told by the "inspector" that the damage would be charged as $400. (probably just used some touch up paint as you can see online at their website when selling the car) what a crock.... I disputed the charge and will be in court to let a judge decide. Then I was told I would get $300. back as the mileage was so low. Still waiting. Its hard to imagine how greedy and unconscionable this dealer is. Take whatever the best deal you can get to Braman BMW who has a great reputation. NOT VISTA ..check their BBB score "D". More

I made an appointment and met with a sales associate. I decided against the car since there was no trunk space and wasn't too keen on the interior. This was done prior to Thanksgiving. Since leaving the dealership, their sales dept has been calling me multiple times a day, everyday trying to sell me a vehicle. I've repeatedly asked them to remove me from their calling list as I decided to go with a different manufacturer. They have assured me every time that my number will be removed. Its been weeks since the first day I've called and I still continue to receive multiple calls every day from this dealership. Its evident their sales tactics are horrendous and beyond harassing. I've already registered a complaint to BMW USA. The next step is to report this to my State Attorney. More

And again as we did 18 months earlier when looking to buy our X6 we experienced the same unsatisfactory service, they aren't interested in the sale. We bought the X6. Again we went with Vista BMW, this is our second BMW purchase from Vista and we are very much satisfied with the whole experience at Vista!
