I give Brandon from BMW NW’s Service Dept top grades on all aspects of the service process. I have just one small comment, which is that when returned my PHEV had not been charged and had substantially le all aspects of the service process. This was for a recall, and I was expected to replace the gasoline used in my loaner (which is fair), but I think I should get back an equal or re-charged vehicle. More

As always my service experience was wonderful, Gage was my contact service advisor & was great! I will give him a 10+ . I had a new set of tires, alignment, oil change & warranty issue taken care of in a my contact service advisor & was great! I will give him a 10+ . I had a new set of tires, alignment, oil change & warranty issue taken care of in a very timely manner. We were provided with a loaner car so we did shopping & a great lunch. Micheal's communication was excellent; he kept me informed from start to finish. I appreciate the convenience of the night drop-off. He even price-matched my parts with online prices. However, my issue with this dealership is that after having service done for the second time, with each service costing over $4,000, I was not provided a loaner car despite the high cost of the service. I would revisit this dealership. More
