Jeff was courteous and professional and other staff were all on the ball. I wasn’t kept waiting at any stage. Unethical dealer. Brought my M3 in for a safety recall and when I picked up the car I noticed my seat bolster was broken. Left the car with them over the weekend and Brought my M3 in for a safety recall and when I picked up the car I noticed my seat bolster was broken. Left the car with them over the weekend and I finally called them the next Wednesday to get the status. Apparently bad news gets better with age. I was told I would have to pay $700 for something the service department broke on my car. After going back and forth they agreed to pay for the part and I would have it installed elsewhere. I was told I need to compromise! I fail to understand why I would need to compromise on anything. You damaged my car! This dealer will never get my business again. More
