Arthur reached out regarding a BMW B6 I had inquired about and we were able to quickly move through the process due to his comprehensive responses and professional approach handling my business. The rest of the team there, including Marc, were also responsive and highly engaged, without creating undue stress and pressure. Ultimately, I did not move forward with the purchase due to unrelated reasons but I was positively impressed with the dealership and their professionalism across the board.
