I had the pleasure of working with Mark Rauschert and Brandon Barlow. I had purchased a brand new 328i GT in 2014 and had a wonderful experience. When that car was totaled a few weeks ago I was devastate Brandon Barlow. I had purchased a brand new 328i GT in 2014 and had a wonderful experience. When that car was totaled a few weeks ago I was devastated, and tried to find a similar make and model. Porsche of Bellingham had one but didn’t even bother to call me back. I decided to go back to BMW NW and found a 2019 online. I was contacted almost immediately by name, who ran everything through financing. He was super responsive and wonderful to deal with. I decided to go with a 2017 preowned 440i. I contacted Mark who wasn’t in the office but recommended I speak with Brandon. Brandon has the car out in front of the showroom within an hour of my call. He was polite, hard working and I was shocked at how fast I was in an out. I even was able to switch insurance carriers why I waited. The entire team at BMW NW is amazing. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated Brandon’s kindness and how helpful he was. More

Major Issues Missed on pre-buyers inspection - We went to BMW Northwest to get a 2008 BMW X5 looked at in considerations to purchase. When the report came back they let us know that there weekend some minor BMW Northwest to get a 2008 BMW X5 looked at in considerations to purchase. When the report came back they let us know that there weekend some minor leaks in the valve cover gaskets and the front brakes needed replaced. In my mind as a husband, I though to myself “no big deal” and “those things can be semi easily fixed.” Plus we are getting a good deal on the car. Approximately 200 miles later, the car shut up coming up to a gas station. We found out the alternator and battery were shot. Still no big deal. We brought it later that week to a local retired bmw mechanic. He said, if I’m being generous, I can do the job for $6800.00. Bmw has missed three alternator, battery, leaking valve stem seals (huge known problems on these cars), the main oil leak which was the alternator oil seal. With out mentioning more, it would take 45 hours off labor and $2500 of parts at the wholesale price of parts to get our car to stop smelling like oil. Conclusion - even though the staff is so friendly and I hate writing this I need to be honest about our experience. Bringing it back to the dealer, all they did was review what problems they foresaw (which was even more). They did not refund us or offer any compensation for our $4,000-$5,000 loss at this point. I would second guess their service department and steer you away from working with their dealership. There are much more honest and accountable ones out there. More

Patrick walked us through all the finance documents in a timely, proficient manner. Aaron, the tech guru expertly showed us features and helped us set up systems. The staff are all 5 star, top notch employees! The reasons for a 4 star vs. 5 star rating are the trade in values and interest rates. The website indicates top value for trade in and the reality was no where near blue book. Interest rates are high compared to market even with outstanding credit ratings. More
