He was very professional, friendly, transparent in giving us details we asked for, cost, financing for purchase or lease, and a non-aggressive car sales type person. I was able to take all the info home with me, talk about it, ask for more info which he gladly provided by email, and make a decision to purchase from BMW NW. Typical car buying experience which I dread, turned out not so typical and almost enjoyable! BMW NW paid enough attention to me that seemed like they cared but not so much to be overwhelmed.
