I really wish there was something you could do for me but I cannot think of anything that would change my experience with Northwest or could make it better.(A Refund is always nice, but to be honest the mechanic Seth did a great job and had great customer service.)I really think there is something BROKEN at that place of buisness and people need to be re-traned or FIRED.To prove that Iam not lying about the srvice there I'm thinking of going in there with a hidden camera to Expose Northwest. Thank you for your reply. I have spoken to my service department. My service manager is Brian Stevenson and assistant svc mgr is Jim Hollister. They are having a problem locating your records at Northwest BMW/Honda in Owings Mills, Maryland. I just wish to mention this because we have been receiving many reviews from customers at the Northwest BMW dealership in Washington State on the west coast of the USA. Please get back to me if you are a customer of our dealership or Washington state. If you find that you are a customer of the Washington State Northwest BMW, please let me know because these reviews reflect strongly on our dealership. Thanks you for your help. I am representing Northwest Honda/BMW in Owings Mills, Maryland. My name is Kirk Jones from customer relations. The people you mentioned in your email (Keith and Dave and Manager John) do not even work in any of our service departments in the BMW store or the Honda store. Are you sure you were not speaking of the Northwest Honda or BMW in the state of Washington in the United States. Once again we are in Maryland and can't find any records of this.
