I was looking to purchasing a new vehicle and I sent an inquiry to bmw of portland. I ended up receiving a call back shortly from David Krafsig. We talked over the phone and I told him the price I was looking for in purchasing the vehicle. He worked his magic and got real close to the offer I had sent him. There were a few loops we had to jump through since I was an out of state buyer (live in ca) but David assured me they use a third party title company which handles all of the paperwork on my behalf. David went above and beyond to make sure I knew exactly the car I was buying by sending me videos, photos, and even a facetime call. When I went to pick up the car, it was washed and all ready to go but I noticed a small dent on the quarter panel. The vehicle I purchased had 22k miles on it so I didn’t expect it to be in excellent condition. I told David about the dent and he said he would take care of it. I drove the car back to California and a few days later I received a check to get it repaired. In addition, David has remained in touch to make sure everything has been going well. Would never buy a car from here again. Terrible experience buying a car from this dealership. The first car I wanted to buy, I thought I was in the middle of buying and then I get a rude e- Terrible experience buying a car from this dealership. The first car I wanted to buy, I thought I was in the middle of buying and then I get a rude e-mail saying the car is no longer available - how do you not only not check to make sure the car is still available but not make sure you mark a car unavailable when a person commits to buying. I tried to switch salespeople because of how rude mine was and was unable to reach a manager. Fumbled paperwork, poor communication until after the car was purchased. Had me send a picture of my drivers license and insurance to a random phone number. Unprofessional and not at all like previous BMW experiences that I've had. I'm only grateful that I don't live near BMW Portland and won't have to deal with them again. Car also came to me not detailed inside (used car). Don't remember who I talked to in finance but when they got around to calling me they were professional and pleasant to deal with. More

Staff were not friendly and not interested in having my business. I definitely didn't feel welcome there as other dealerships that I've been to. Zero enthusiasm from the staff. I am a BMW purist with lots of passion for the brand. When I went to pick up the parts waited over 10 mins at the counter until someone finally acknowledged me. What is that about? What happened to the great customer service? However the dealership is nicely renovated and looks great especially the M area. If you want to have return customers choose the right people with positive attitude to represent your values and dealership. More

Can I leave fewer stars? Blantantly refused to service my older model wagon, which now requires more, and more expensive, service. Very unfortunate my normal mechanic isn’t allowed by law to work on keys, as older model wagon, which now requires more, and more expensive, service. Very unfortunate my normal mechanic isn’t allowed by law to work on keys, as I am now unable to open my car as a result of the dealerships inability to get a replacement for mine. Now the locks are broken, as well. Can’t say it enough- I am so turned off by this dealership I intend to replace my beloved BMW with almost any other make. Service was that bad. A complete waste of my time. More
