I went to BMW of Portland to see what i could get as a trade in on my 2000 x5, and to test drive a newer model x5. everyone was very friendly and found me a client advisor right away with very little wait trade in on my 2000 x5, and to test drive a newer model x5. everyone was very friendly and found me a client advisor right away with very little wait. Test drive went great, Ian took me on a road that had a great view of the city. when we came back to see what i could get as a trade in value it was a little low at first, but Ian had talk with the manager George and they were come down on the price of the newer x5 and come up on the trade in value of my 2000 x5. this made me very happy and saved me a couple thousand dollars in the process. I am very happy with my new x5 and will defiantly buy another car from this dealership in the future. More

Dave Krafsig helped me with the purchase of my very first car. I bought a pre-owned Dodge Neon and he helped me through that process.
