I drove my pal’s 430iGranCoupe for 10 days and made my COVID/lifestyle change decision. I had to upgrade my ride. Kevin listened to my rambling meandering wishes & dreams, and he ultimately matched me with a fabulous car that fits my actual life, finances and usage. Kevin was patient, kind, attentive and responsive without being intrusive or overbearing. When he offered me the “Preferred Customer” add-on, I initially dismissed it as non-essential fluff, …but finally threw him the bone. Long Term Review; 21K miles, 9 months in… OMFG- Best Decision Ever! My 428i is just dreamy to drive. I feel secure, like my Suburban and it handles almost as well as my MINI Cooper JCW GP. I have had zero mechanical issues, consistently get about 33mpg, and best of all- it is painless to keep sparkly clean and looking fine. I am so glad I took Kevin’s suggestion. In 45 years of driving, owning 75 or more cars, with at least 18 dealership transactions, I can honestly say, for ongoing driving pleasure, no other Retail Motoring experience even comes close. Before I made the long drive to the dealer I had a great idea of the condition of the car. The purchase was quick and easy. Everyone at the dealer was very polite and accommodating. A small issue came up with the M5 after I purchased the car and drove it home. Moe in the service department went above and beyond to get the problem resolved without me going back to the dealer. He truly cares about his customers and takes the time to make sure that they feel heard and understand every step of the process. I drove up there to get delivery of the car and was more than pleased to find a beautiful dealership with kind and truly helpful people. And when all the paperwork was done, my car was delivered to me in the MOST wonderful and joyous manner, it truly felt like my birthday! It was a true unveiling. But I don't want to spoil the surprise for future BMW owners, so I won't say more.
