If I could give this dealership 10 Stars I would! I live in San Diego and was looking for the perfect BMW. My search found that the perfect vehicle was at the San Luis Obispo dealership. I was able to neg in San Diego and was looking for the perfect BMW. My search found that the perfect vehicle was at the San Luis Obispo dealership. I was able to negotiate everything over the phone, and they gave me an extraordinary deal, and were caring and fun along the way. My salesperson Mitch Valine made the process smooth and stress-free. He truly cares about his customers and takes the time to make sure that they feel heard and understand every step of the process. I drove up there to get delivery of the car and was more than pleased to find a beautiful dealership with kind and truly helpful people. And when all the paperwork was done, my car was delivered to me in the MOST wonderful and joyous manner, it truly felt like my birthday! It was a true unveiling. But I don't want to spoil the surprise for future BMW owners, so I won't say more. It was well worth the drive up there from San Diego, and when my lease is up would totally consider driving the distance to this exceptional dealership. More

Kevin got back to me within one day with a video of the BMW we were interested. It was short and to the point. We made an appointment with him and purchased the 750i that we liked. It was a great experience as we took all the time to make the decision to purchase the car after test driving a couple of BMW's new and used.
