My service advisor Connor Morrison was courteous and was concerned about my experience at BMW of San Luis Obispo. I have used BMW - SLO three times for service in the last six months on both of my BMWs. Each time the service folks have been polite, safe (COVID) and effective. This last time, June 2021, Connor Morrison six months on both of my BMWs. Each time the service folks have been polite, safe (COVID) and effective. What a breath of fresh air to meet and work with Adriana, who booked my service appointment, and Conner who took care of me. Conner was prompt, smiling, efficient, called back with bad news but good advice, who booked my service appointment, and Conner who took care of me.
