BMW SEATTLE WANTED $340 for an oil change, Really? they also said my brakes need flushing, my radiator needed flushing and alignment. I took this to my local shop who did all of this work plus gave me a d also said my brakes need flushing, my radiator needed flushing and alignment. I took this to my local shop who did all of this work plus gave me a donut and coffee for less than BMW Seattle wanted for the oil change. FYI . My local shop uses BMW brand oil and part. No matter how they try to justify this $340 for an oil change it is still robbery. No car is worth this cost for service. That said I will never purchase a new car from this dealer again. More

He made us feel welcomed, helped us with all the questions we had, helped us with all our requests for test drives, negotiations and eventually delivery of the car. Things that stood out for me and I valued the most were: Never at any point was Andy or any other person at the dealership was too pushy about closing the deal. Also, I didn't have to negotiate too much for a good deal. I loved the fact that the focus was on 'helping' me choose a car rather than 'selling' one. Thank you for that. More

Randall was great to work with. He has been a huge help. From initial contact, Randall listened to and understood what I was looking for. At any time he could have tried to upsell me on any vehicle on the lot, but he was very respectful and genuinely wanted to help. Randall was pleasant to work with. We test drove the vehicle and he made sure we tried fast, slow, up a hill and parking. From the initial interest, through the sale and even after, Randall has been a huge help. It was one of the more enjoyable experiences I ever had in purchasing a vehicle. The dealership is easy to find, had ample parking and inside it was very clean and comfortable. We were surrounded by shiny new BMW vehicle "eye candy," had an option to watch anything on TV. Freshly brewed coffee, sparkling water and a generous hot tea selection rounded out the overall experience. In addition, the paperwork for the purchase was FAST and painless. We will definitely check here first when buying our next vehicle. Thanks again Randall. More
