He was very professional from the moment I met him until he delivered the car. He was very responsive to my messages and answered my questions in details and didn’t try to cover up anything. I enjoyed working with Stanley and will definitely recommend him to my family and friends! Also Andy at the Finance department did an outstanding job, it was pleasure with him and Stanley. More

Guaranteed when we purchase our next BMW, we will travel the distance to Seattle and purchase that vehicle from Karl. From the build stage to the pick up stage, Karl managed the process seamlessly. We happened to be flying in from international on the day that our car was ready and Karl picked us up at the airport in a demo X5 so that he could go over the features. Included in the pickup were two bottles of cold water for us. Upon arriving at the dealership, Karl provided a few treats as well as a much needed Coke and Diet Coke. After getting us up to date on the features of our X5 and providing a few more drinks and snacks for the road, Karl sent us off. On the way to Spokane, we received a text from Karl to see how we were doing and then a few days later we received a follow up to see how things were going. We chose Karl due to his high rating on reviews, we agree with all the positives that people posted and we are adding to those reviews and ratings. This process was the best process ever for buying a car. Karl was more of a friend providing advice and insight than a salesman. We will be back in the future. More

Very bad experience. I had a very bad experience with the quality of my last service provided. My car had a oil leak and the diagnose was that the vacuum pump is leaking a I had a very bad experience with the quality of my last service provided. My car had a oil leak and the diagnose was that the vacuum pump is leaking and needs to be replaced. I agreed with the cost of replacement but the oil leak is still present after replacing the part. They returned my car with the leak not resolved but I still had to pay for the service. In top of that they made a mess under drivers seat - never had such a bad experience with any car service I worked with. Very bad experience. I plan to send a complain to BMW US directly as well. More
Another Flawless Leasing Experience - #4 My husband and I just leased our fourth BMW from Rick Arendt and Mark Harrington last weekend and couldn't be more pleased with their professionalism, My husband and I just leased our fourth BMW from Rick Arendt and Mark Harrington last weekend and couldn't be more pleased with their professionalism, taking the time to listen to what we wanted in terms of model,and features and the price range that we were hoping to stay within. We didn't need to,wait long before they had a few 2017 X3 models that met our criteria and we immediately fell in love with the vehicle that we left the dealership with that day. In all of the years that we've been working with Rick and Mark, they have never once made us feel rushed, pressured and gave us the attention that we needed in order to make our ultimate decision. Many dealerships consider the deal to be done once you drive off of the lot but not when you are dealing with BMW of Seattle and Rick and Mark. Rick,has checked in with me a few times to see how the vehicle was working out and if there was anything we needed. Thanks to the unparalleled service provided by Rick and Mark, they will always have our business. Further, everyone that we have ever encountered at BMW of Seattle has been extremely pleasant and professional. The dealership,is a well-oiled machine so you will not spend more than a few hours closing the deal. I'd also like to add a side story about Rick and Karen who coordinates the Service Department. Earlier during the week that I ended up,trading in my 428ix, I blew out the sidewall of my tire when I hit a curb to avoid hitting a squirrel. My first instinct was to reach out to Rick after speaking with BMW Assist since it was getting late and I wasn't sure if the Service Department was open. Rick told me to have the vehicle towed to the dealership and we would figure out the logistics of working it into the schedule. I followed up,with BMW Assist and arranged for them to pick up my car the early the next morning. I followed up with a call to the Service Department when they opened at 7:00 am and Karen answered the phone. I filled her in on my plight and she also,told me to go ahead and have the car towed in. I asked Karen if it was possible for me to get a loaner car, despite this not being a warranty issue, and she said that they didn't have enough loaner cars for the scheduled appointments that morning. She called me back later that morning to advise me that there was a service cancellation and that she could put me into a rental car! I could probably write a mini-novel about how Karen and Rick went above the call of duty but I'll close with this: BMW of Seattle is the epitome of professionalism, excellent customer service and vehicle service.
