I will say this, in the past I haven't had the best experience with the service team at Seattle BMW. I've been taking my cars (I've had 2 BMWs) here for a few years, something must have changed in the experience with the service team at Seattle BMW. I've been taking my cars (I've had 2 BMWs) here for a few years, something must have changed in the last year...? I was made to feel that my business wasn't important to them...After my last two visits, there has been a big change. Better communication, more appreciation from the service team...overall a "happier" experience. BMWs are not cheap to work on, and it is great to feel like you are appreciated and a valued customer :) More
