Their salesperson told us that the dealership is going to give me $1000 discount, which we found late on was actually an incentive from BMW. When I made the complaint to the salesperson, I was told that their management let him do so. I felt that the dishonesty should not be rewarded, so we ended up looking for cars at BMW Seattle. Stanley was very open and gave good suggestions (at that time we had not decided if we should go with a X3/X5/4 series convertible. Stanley was very helpful in our decision making.). He was up front with the information of the incentives that BMW had provided at the time, without our asking. We ended up ordering the car from him, which arrived ahead of the schedule that Stanley estimated. More

Never Again, BMW! I brought my car in today for an oil change and service. The indicator for lights had been on for 6 months but I couldn't find any lights actually out I brought my car in today for an oil change and service. The indicator for lights had been on for 6 months but I couldn't find any lights actually out. They said sometimes the lights jiggle out of place. Charged me $10/each to replace 4 lights that I am not sure were ever out. They told me my rear brakes showed service needed and I told them I had it done elsewhere a few months ago so they were going to just reset the indicator light. I come back to find that they did something and now my "break" indicator is permanently on and there's another service light showing a jacked up car that comes up when I start the car. The service guy said they tried to reset and couldn't, which triggered all the other errors. I would have to pay them $100 to change the sensor to see if that fixed the problem, and if it didn't I would have to pay another $200 to reset all the software, still no guarantee that it would fix anything. He said some 2009 vehicles had a defect which made this happen. Either way, I left with my car worse off than when I brought it in for "service." They were awful. Took no ownership for breaking my car and expected me to pay them more to diagnose the problem. Do the service guys get paid commission?!? I used to rave about my vehicle and my experiences with the local BMW dealerships. Now, I doubt I will ever recommend or purchase from them again. You should really educate your staff about customer obsession. More

In the end I ordered a 335I from the factory with the exact color and options I wanted. I love the car. Thank you Stanley for all your help! More
