Dale initially took the time to get to know me as a person, and not only as a customer, so he knew my concerns and desires about the vehicle purchasing process. Armed with the knowledge of what I wanted in a car, Dale set out to find the perfect vehicle that checked most of my required boxes, and was quite successful. I just bought a 2016 X5 and am as happy as a lark, not just with the vehicle but with the time, effort and concern Dale and the sales team displayed to ensure my satisfaction. So, I made sure he was our first choice when it was time for us to purchase our next BMW (X5). We were very happy with the experience purchasing the X5. Zach was very patient with us and our kids as he constantly checked in on is throughout the entire 4 hour process (we had a trade-in). He was very friendly and really sold us on the brand from his own personal experience and passion for his work. I would highly recommend seeking him out if you are even considering BMW. We also had a very pleasant experience with Brenda in finance. She explained all the options, again from her own personal experience, and didn't pressure us at all. Cameron gave me a great assist by showing my 2 boys all the hot M series cars in the showroom. He might have created a couple of future BMW owners! Fixed My Recall Issue No Problems BMW Bellevue lied to me about being against BMW's guidelines to do recalls on salvage/rebuilt titles and even lied that it had already been done on my BMW Bellevue lied to me about being against BMW's guidelines to do recalls on salvage/rebuilt titles and even lied that it had already been done on my car when they couldn't even pull up the information. They even hung up on me at one point. So I called BMW Seattle and with very little unnecessary dialogue, I was able to bring in my car and have my recall done. Took a very short amount of time too. Quick process - nice person to work with My wife and I couldnt find the exact x3 options we like to have from the inventory, so Zach helped us to order a new x3 package and it was pretty quic My wife and I couldnt find the exact x3 options we like to have from the inventory, so Zach helped us to order a new x3 package and it was pretty quick and easy. He also emailed us the vehicle status every week so we were able to find out where the car is at without checking the bmw website. He is very knowledgeable and also reponsive.
