We were interested in a particular vehicle and Michael provides exceptional customer service without the pressure you experience at other dealerships. We were interested in a particular vehicle and scheduled an appointment with him. My husband was surprised when Michael called us before we left Gig Harbor to let us know the car we were interested in had sold. He didn't want us to drive all the way to Seattle if that was the only vehicle we were interested in. Since when does a car salesman worry about our time? Michael does, and because of his thoughtfulness we decided to drive over and take a look at the other inventory. Michael took wonderful care of us and we drove away with a new X4!
