I knew the car I wanted and there was never any pressure to upsell, or try to push me to something different. Negotiations were fair with no games. I ended up with an amazing driving machine (which is a fine BMW 535..awesome). Stanley...thank you for going the extra mile with water for my drive back home, great tutorial on all the bells and whistles on the car, and following up to ensure I was a satisfied customer which I definitely am. John found me wandering around the cars in the show room and immediately struck me as a no pressure salesman that just seemed to want to help more than force a sale. He immediately offered me to test drive both the 6MT and auto transmission so I could experience both. Never I felt any pressure to take a decision (even though I'm aware the car is in high-demand). He let me push the car pretty hard - in some cases you kind of feel the salesman to not appreciate. Not John, he totally understood this was an enthusiast car and that's part of the deal. Back in the office, he was able to answer all the questions I had (but had to check a few times with someone else)...I still prefer that to someone who just answer non accurate facts. Didn't have time to negotiate and order the car on that day but I will most definitely do business with John when the time is right. More

We were in the market for a new lease. Compared quotes from as far as Lincoln/NE and Glendale/CA and BMW Seattle was competitive from get go and ended up being the best! Lease rates and rebates were inline with BMWFS guidelines without any markup - i confirmed this via discussion board numbers. Everything was done by email including the delivery date/numbers. My last minute reschedule was accommodated too! I arrived at the dealership, test drove/confirmed the car and was out in less than an hour. The finance person Rachel gave good advice on how much of down payment too. This is not my first BMW so i have good and bad experiences - however this was car shopping at its best. Thank you Mark!
