He gave me prompt status of where my car was during the production process. When the car arrived, he spent more than enough time showing me the features, and following up with me after the purchase. Whe Sept '06. My sales rep was FANTASTIC. He compiled a collection of printouts showing production status for me over the 2 months waiting period. When the car arrived, he got me into the warehouse to take pictures of it before it was prepped. When it was ready for delivery, he did a very thorough walkthrough with me. Since getting the car, I have had it in for its first service (1200 miles) and that went flawlessly. I have since had one minor warranty item addressed - again, without flaw. The folks at this dealership are all positive, friendly and accomodating. There is no question that I'd buy from these guys again. I echo the comments below about the great service area that is clean and open to the customers. More
I came in to purchase a new 3-series. The sales person was friendly and tried to work towards a solution. However, the sales manager who I talked to was very rude when trying to negotiate a price. Ess was friendly and tried to work towards a solution. However, the sales manager who I talked to was very rude when trying to negotiate a price. Essentially, he would not budge, and would try to change the subject to why I needed to buy a BMW regardless of price. He tries passive aggressive tactics to say if I didn't pay what they ask for, then "should I really be driving a BMW?" That doesn't make sense. I felt very unwelcome after that event. I would expect much more from a dealership selling BMWs. The dealership did not live up to the car's reputation. More
Service Department is very nice there... I prefer it to dirty and arrogant BMW of Bellevue... Repair floor is opened for observation and You can actually watch what they are doing with Your car. Because of dirty and arrogant BMW of Bellevue... Repair floor is opened for observation and You can actually watch what they are doing with Your car. Because of that everything is sparkling clean there... Technician are professional and listening... Management is friendly and ready to reasonably resolve any problem. Only once had minor problem with soap spots from their washing service (bad rinsing caused visible white spots on my paint) after some reasonable negotiation the manager agreed to pay Park-Place Detailing for relatively expencive removal process that didn't involved the polishing (manual cleaning with vinegar)... On any choice between the Bellevue and Seattle deallership service dep. I would go Seattle without second thought. The only better place is East Side Bavarian but they are independent and can't perform warranty repairs/service. More

Put down a deposit on an incoming car but after repeated phone calls and emails to the salesperson to confirm numbers & delivery I've recieved no response. Now I look at their inventory online and it looks like the car I was going to purchase is listed. Maybe a little more effort on their part would show that they are serious about selling cars. More
