The only reason about the 4 stars on Price is that there was another model of the exact same year, make, model and trim of car with 2000 more miles that cost $1000 less which was not mentioned. Otherwise I was completely satisfied with BMW of Seattle and Mark. More

I'm a car geek and also a sales manager (in a completely different industry), and it was a pleasure to work with someone who was both very knowledgeable of the product and the industry in general. The entire process was pleasant, no pressure, everyone was nice to deal with and treated me with respect (and I'm sure a fair amount of patience!) Andy in Finance and the Used car sales manager who handled my lease return were also extremely friendly and professional. The facilities at the dealership are beautiful, and combined with a great team are a credit to the BMW brand. More
