I had a moment when something we discussed was overlooked in some paperwork,( and even felt a little slighted )... but when i brought It up it was immediately corrected and they made absolutely sure It was handled to my benefit. I really feel like small things like that mean they respect me as a customer and value my return business, which they've certainly earned. I live in Columbus, Ohio was shopping for a new BMW. As part of the process, I did online research on BMW dealers in other parts of the state and found Dave Walter BMW in Akron. I spoke to Joshua Deluco who was very willing to spend all of the time I needed on the phone to explain the details of their lease offers. He was very clear and upfront and made me feel comfortable. As a result of my conversation with Joshua, I felt it was worth the 2.5 hour drive to see for myself. They have a beautiful facility with lots of inventory to choose from. Joshua spent hours with us as we went through the process of choosing a vehicle. We picked one out and they prepped it for delivery right then. It was a great experience for us. I recommend them if you are considering a BMW. More
