I visited Dave Walter BMW on 27 Feb 10 to test drive 2 specific vehicles that were in stock. I was treated graciously and made to feel welcome. I test drove a 2009 328i w/manual trans w/Premium, Sport, Co specific vehicles that were in stock. I was treated graciously and made to feel welcome. The dealer made a special effort to get the car out of the heavy snow we received the night before so I could drive the vehicle. I was impressed with the vehicle but I wasn't convinced that I would be happy with this vehicle. Since I was trading a 2007 Z4 3.0i the sales person suggested I drive a 2009 135i w/manual trans, Premium and Sport packages. I am grateful that the suggestion was made. The car is every bit as responsive as I have read about. I purchased the 2009 135i and have not looked. I would recommend Dave Walter BMW to anyone looking for a professional dealer with a welcoming atmosphere and conscientious sales personnel that want to sell you the right vehicle not just a vehicle. My overall experience with Dave Walter BMW is an A1, 5 Star event. More

Dave Walter BMW is the benchmark in which all other dealerships should strive to be. I have had experience with this dealership when I had a late model BMW for repair/service and when I purchased a new dealerships should strive to be. With my late model, no longer under warranty, I found the service and repair costs to be reasonable and much less than the repair quotes from Cain BMW. Josh in service is personable, professional, and goes above and beyond to assist his customers. When I was ready to purchase a new BMW, Josh put me in touch with Bob Strecker in sales. Bob was knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He discussed my options and when I wasn't sure about the purchase at that time he simply thanked me and said he would stay in touch if there were any new finance or purchase incentives that might benefit me. Bob was true to his word and notified my by email when a new incentive appeared. The experience with Bob was like non other that I as a female purchaser had ever encountered. He is a true professional. Frank Steffen also added to the pleasure of purchasing at Dave Walter. What a great team they have! I have had many friends that have purchased at other BMW dealerships throughout Ohio. They continue to tell me their horror stores of bad experiences. This is my third BMW I have purchased from Mr. Steffen and his staff. I have always been treated as if this were my first car. They take the time to explain all the features of the vehicle and ownership and his staff. I have always been treated as if this were my first car. James spent an hour after closing to make sure I could master the nuances of the newer model features and Frank followed up immediately by email and phone call the next day. This is a model for what a dealer should be. Anyone can sell cars, only a few build relationships that last beyond the sale. I am treated the same way when having routine service completed and I do not mind driving from Cleveland (where there are other BMW dealerships) to Akron when the atmosphere is this pleasant. From the people that answer the phones to the service technicians and support staff, there is no other dealership I would recommend. I will definitely be choosing Frank Steffen and his staff for my next BMW. More
