Simon Brooker is the BEST! We have been kicking tires, so to speak; looking for just the right pre-owned BMW. I had been at another BMW dealership several times and was very disappointed in their lack of thoroughness and lack of enthusiasm in selling me a vehicle. The difference with Eric at Dave Walter was immediately obvious. Eric and the other team members I met made me feel welcome and valued at a customer. His demonstration of the products and features on the car made my decision very easy to make.
