This is my third BMW I have purchased from Mr. Steffen and his staff. I have always been treated as if this were my first car. They take the time to explain all the features of the vehicle and ownership and his staff. I have always been treated as if this were my first car. James spent an hour after closing to make sure I could master the nuances of the newer model features and Frank followed up immediately by email and phone call the next day. This is a model for what a dealer should be. Anyone can sell cars, only a few build relationships that last beyond the sale. I am treated the same way when having routine service completed and I do not mind driving from Cleveland (where there are other BMW dealerships) to Akron when the atmosphere is this pleasant. From the people that answer the phones to the service technicians and support staff, there is no other dealership I would recommend. It should be noted that this was around 8pm – the dealership had been closed for nearly two hours. James and Shujaat happened to be there that evening and came out to talk to me. After explaining my situation – I quickly found out that the sales team at Cain misrepresented the BMW Certified Benefits. From that point forward – I knew that I was going to cancel my deal with Cain and begin working with the team at Dave Walter.
