just took my 2017 BMW in for service. Also asked them to give me a price on new tires and 1 cracked lens on a fog light. I understand the dealership needing to make money but seriously I was charged 150.00 give me a price on new tires and 1 cracked lens on a fog light. I understand the dealership needing to make money but seriously I was charged 150.00 for them to look at the lens and tell me what it would cost me to have it replaced. Also, the sales department is basically the same. they gave me a price on a vehicle and then when we went in to talk with the Sales Manager he promptly jacked the price up 14995.00. I did not think people did business like that any longer. Oh well, Live and learn........ Honestly i had been taking the car the for service while it was still under warranty and had never experience a problem....However, a Chevy or a Ford looks much better now. More
