If I could give minus stars, I would’ve given that. The worst place to come for Service. They do not care about the customers at all. I came for basic safety inspection which I made an appointment for. The worst place to come for Service. They do not care about the customers at all. I came for basic safety inspection which I made an appointment for. After arriving on time, 1 advisor named Max tells me he’ll be with me in couple of minutes then makes me wait for 30 minutes and tells me he won’t be able to check me in. While other advisors are just walking around Chitchatting without assisting customers. Just for something small like a VA safety inspection I had to spend over 2 hours in the dealership. More
