They’ve always provided excellent repair service—friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. The new scheduling web site needs work, but drop off and pick up wait times were much smaller than service—friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. The worst experience from any BMW service department. I’ve owned several BMWs and have been to several of the BMW service departments in the DMV, including this one before. This time around was absol I’ve owned several BMWs and have been to several of the BMW service departments in the DMV, including this one before. This time around was absolutely horrible. Six weeks plus of dealing with the service department and trying to get and stay updated on the status of the repairs and service on my BMW. I will make sure I never take my car back there for service ever again. And definitely won’t buy a new car from them knowing how bad their service department is lately. More
