Ultimately bought a 2013 328i CPO after looking at several options Jeff presented. He answered all questions and addressed all concerns in a friendly and customer-focused approach. My wife will be in the market for a new car soon and I will return to Jeff and BMW of Alexandria again as we begin that adventure. More

Through the Consumer Reports web site, I emailed three dealerships. I received a prompt and thorough response from this dealership. I visited the dealership to test drive the car, and was completely smitten with the car's comfort and performance. The sales person, James Smith, carefully and thoroughly reviewed the pricing and options for financing with me. I ordered the new car with a few special features. James kept me updated throughout the delivery process. When I took delivery, James and Ayesha Panakure explained the operation of the car, and I'll return in a few weeks for another coaching visit. Overall, a very pleasant experience with a professional and courteous team. More

New 430 Gran Coupe This was my second BMW after my first one was totaled in an accident and so I knew the BMW "experience". Paul was a fantastic salesman! No one cou This was my second BMW after my first one was totaled in an accident and so I knew the BMW "experience". Paul was a fantastic salesman! No one could have been better or nicer. I knew what I wanted (a new 4 series Gran Coupe -- in RED and the options). He was extremely personable and helpful with selecting the options that I would actually use. In the end I had to order the car and he made an extra effort that it would arrive before Christmas, which it did. I would recommend Paul Blakeman and BMW of Alexandria without reservation. They even spent an hour going over the various controls, etc. in the car (Ayesha) and scheduled a second free session in a couple of weeks to show me even more of the features! What a great personal touch. Everyone there was extremely helpful and the nice thing was there was no attempt to push you to buy or to sell you options and services which you did not want or need! Much different from other BMW dealers with whom I have dealt! A truly GREAT "ultimate driving experience"! More
