The Finance team here really takes the cake in terms of bad customer service. The experience of trying to buy out my M3 lease was so unpleasant... filled with entitlement and snobbery and the manager acted bad customer service. The experience of trying to buy out my M3 lease was so unpleasant... filled with entitlement and snobbery and the manager acted like he was doing me a favor selling me a car, rather than just helping facilitate a transaction. I went to Rockville instead and will NEVER return. It's too bad, because MOST of the service team here (though not all) is really lovely. More

Fantastic experience! We contacted the dealership to drive a used 2020 BMW 330i. Andrii Bedratenko replied to us quickly. We live in rural Maryland and any drive to a luxury dealer is about two hours, s drive a used 2020 BMW 330i. Andrii Bedratenko replied to us quickly. We live in rural Maryland and any drive to a luxury dealer is about two hours, so car buying is an all day process. We scheduled multiple test drives at different dealerships that day, and this was the first. Andrii accommodated our unorthodox approach and we negotiated a price before we left to go to the next dealership. Ultimately we decided to buy the BMW. When we returned, Andrii and the sales management honored our previous deal without any issues. They treated us like valued customers, and made the experience as special as the car. I can't recommend BMW of Alexandria, and Andrii, enough! You'll get an amazing machine at a fair price, and leave all smiles! More
