I can't thank them enough for a tremendous experience. I dealt with Malik Faye in sales, his patients and knowledge of the product he sells is superb and beyond belief. Malik was clearly concerned with making sure we ended up choosing the vehicle that genuinely met our needs. He was very sure to emphasize to us that we chose the vehicle with the correct options, colors and performance that we were looking for while going to bat for us on the price. The finance department was also very patient and worked extremely hard to give us the best finance options. Hakim Hashimi is a very knowledgable and trustworthy Finance Manager. Within the DELMARVA area, there are a ton of choices of BMW dealerships and other brand dealers. BMW of Alexandria is a low pressure, very accommodating and superbly professional dealership. This is the third BMW my family has purchased from this dealership, I have purchased several other vehicles in the past and BMW of Alexandria has continuously exceeded our expectations. They are my go to dealer with regards to Sales and Service, which is saying something since my travel time is nearly two hours to get to them. BMW of Alexandria is clearly head and shoulders above every other dealership I have ever visited and dealt with.
