Summer upgrades After checking out a few dealerships, I made it to Alexandria to check out the 2015 X3 for my wife. Dealership was nice clean and friendly. Got a great deal for my trade and the personifies service I received from Mr. Aberra made me come back a few days later to get a new X5. The finance prt took a little longer than expected, other than that it was a great experience. Mr. Aberra went above and beyond and became more than just a sales guy to me and my family. We started with the Prius as a base for comparison, but nothing topped this BMW i3. I love this car, we were blown away by the test drive. Now my fiance and I are always arguing over who gets to drive. The service staff was so helpful, showing us the different options and whether they were honestly valuable for us and our use. Like the Range Extender option, which allows you to use a little gas when the electricity is low/runs out. We don't do that much driving, so that wasn't something we felt would benefit us much. We were treated with so much respect; it is obvious that the staff really care about the customer experience and not just about making sales. More

Once I decided on the BMW 3-series, he explained all the different options that were available, assisted me in getting the best deal possible, and ensured that I would be happy with my vehicle. My vehicle has everything I could have wanted and was a perfect fit for me. He was attentive and energetic the entire time and I couldn't be happier with his service.
