Osman took the time to get to know ME, my situation, my needs and found a way to get me a fantastic rate, to make the car I love my own! The end of term service and detail he arranged for was perfect and he even went the extra mile to give me a gift of micro car models of the new i8 for my two young sons. Osman made the daunting process of buying out my first lease a true joy. He has my gratitude, has earned my trust and is a credit to the Alexandria dealership, and BMW as a whole. Osman's approach to dealing with me personified the class and attention to detail with which BMW makes its cars. I researched the vehicle I wanted in the DMV (including options and color) and I kept coming back to BMW of Alexandria. The first time I visited the location, I was satisfied with my experience, and I immediately knew this was where my next BMW was coming from. I communicated with Al Milani with my expectations and he had Dennis Leber (exceptional customer service provided) assist me with my purchase. I enjoyed the experience and will return to BMW of Alexandria and will recommend the dealership and most importantly, Dennis! More

Malik is an outstanding salesman who provided me with an awesome experience...I truly felt that I was "a valued customer." Malik was experienced in car features, functionality, pros and cons on various options, and most of all, he was courteous and patient. Not only was he considerate and professional with me, but he treated other customers and his coworkers with the same level of treatment. This truly impressed me and gave me a positive impression of him, not only as a sales representative, but also as a person. I've purchased many cars over the years (new and used) and Malik has restored my faith in knowing that excellent customer service does still exist.
