The had the car I wanted in stock minus the black 19" wheels which was a deal breaker for me. Within 5 minutes he located one in Boston and called the dealer to check it's availability. I went in on a Monday afternoon, by Friday afternoon he had my car shipped from Boston and delivered to me. When we did the paper work my lease was actually lower than originally thought. Finance managers, Al and Hakim, there were extremely nice as well. No brainer to give these guys a shot at your business. More

When we arrived for a test drive, he greeted us while both vehicles had already been waiting right in front of the main office ready for us. Osman not only answered all of the technical questions that we had, but also suggested some alternatives. We did not feel pressured to buy at all. Instead, it was very helpful to discuss various options with him. We ended up placing a custom order for a new BMW, but even prior to us placing the order, Osman had thoroughly searched the database of existing cars to see if a vehicle that met our requirements was available somewhere else so that we could have it sooner. We were also happy to receive a discount off of the MSRP of the new car, which Osman had successfully negotiated for us. Placing the order for a new car took no longer that 30 minutes. We were very impressed with Osman's competence, a friendly, helpful attitude, and resourcefulness. His emphasis is on making you a happy customer, not just close the deal, and that's what turned our car buying experience (that we initially dreaded) into a great one, all due to Osman! More

Though we arrived on a Sunday without an appointment, we were greeted right away and asked what we were interested in. Our particular salesman, Nabil Haddad, let us know that he was limited on time due to a car delivery, but that he could get us started on our looking at vehicles. We left that day with a lot of information and Nabil's person cell phone. He was very responsive to my texts messages, which I appreciated quite a bit. Purchasing a BMW is a significant financial decision for most people, so to have my questions answered in a timely manner without having to labor through an actual phone call was nice. By the time I made it back to the dealership later that week, most of my questions were answered and I was confident of my purchase. My time with the finance guy was great and I loved how, after financing, BMW assigned me a 'genius' to get me started with the process of getting to know my car. There are a lot of gadgets and widgets available to you, so do NOT miss this step. Overall, I had a great experience and will recommend BMW of Alexandria to anyone who asks. More
