Working with Hugo was one of the easiest car purchases that I have made. He was very easy and helpful to work with. There was never any sales pressure to purchase the vehicle. This is a rare occurrence with your typical car dealerships. It is one of the reasons that I have always disliked looking for a new car. Hugo allowed me the opportunity to test drive the car for as long as I wanted to make sure that I liked it. He was very knowledgable on the BMWs and answered all of my questions. The only decision that I had to make was what color did I want. Picking up my vehicle was also easy. Hugo was ready for me when I arrived and got all of the paperwork done in order to move to the business office. Once there that was the quickest transaction that I had done. Nakim Hashimi was very professional and quick in having me sign all of the documents. He was also pleasant to work with and did not pressure me to purchase options that I was not prepared to buy. Horrible Experience dealing with management On April 23, 2014 I purchased a CPO 5 series from BMW of Alexandria. This was the 3rd CPO 5 series I have purchased but the first one from this deale On April 23, 2014 I purchased a CPO 5 series from BMW of Alexandria. This was the 3rd CPO 5 series I have purchased but the first one from this dealership. Initially everything was fine. My sales person Hugo Cuz was great and he worked with me to get the deal done. I want to be clear that my rating is no reflection on him. The next day I had a malfunction with on of the parking cameras on the car. I was not too alarmed because I figured it was something that could easily be taken care of. However what happened next was totally unacceptable. Since I live in MD I had to get the car inspected in MD in order to get the titling complete. I took the car to another BMW dealership on Friday to get the inspection done and to my disbelief the car failed the inspection. I contact Hugo who had the Sales Manager Ogun Yilmazer contact me. Ogun's attitude was that this was no big deal and that the dealership did everything right with their 100 + point inspection and at times during the conversation implied that it was my fault the car failed inspection. After I continued to press the issue and let him know how I felt Ogun hung up on me. Needless to say I am in talks with my attorney on whether to keep the car or not. My attorney is also in the process of drafting letters to BMW of North America and to the ownership on BMW of Alexandria. More
