Service Department The people are very nice but the quality of the work in the service department leaves much to be desired. Under warranty things get fixed but once you are paying out of your pocket you can be assured it will be in the shop repeatedly. Problems that you indicate get "fixed" only to recur and another solution, which you pay for, is recommended. In the end you start paying thousands of dollars with no assurance that the work will actually fix the problem. My advice, once you are out of warranty find a mechanic that actually knows who to fix you car. More
