Every step of the process was excellent -- making the appointment, determining what possibly optional services needed to be taken now, needed services completed in a timely fashion, having "BMW Genius" appointment, determining what possibly optional services needed to be taken now, needed services completed in a timely fashion, having "BMW Genius" correct problem and fully explain aspects of Connected Drive to me, and attention to detail provided by Ina including personally picking me up at Van Dorn Metro when shuttle drivers were not available. Although Rockville BMW dealership is about the same distance from my home in DC as the Alexandria dealership, I will definitely continue to bring my car to Alexandria. More
