Even when I am waiting in line while she assists someone in front of me or over the phone it is always evident that she really cares about each customer. There are times I may not be visiting the service center under the best of circumstances, and may even be in a bad mood. I would be remiss if I didn't mention that just before leaving, when Dena was busy with another customer, another (female) Service Advisor whose name I forgot (1st work station on left when you enter their area) kindly synchronized my Android phone to my car's phone system. This effectively transfers all risk/costs of offering the service to the person who is unfortunate enough to get hit in DC area traffic. Issue 2. Two weeks after the having my vehicle repaired. Under warranty things get fixed but once you are paying out of your pocket you can be assured it will be in the shop repeatedly. Problems that you indicate get "fixed" only to recur and another solution, which you pay for, is recommended. In the end you start paying thousands of dollars with no assurance that the work will actually fix the problem. My advice, once you are out of warranty find a mechanic that actually knows who to fix you car. More
I have 2008 BMW 328xi that was bought certified pre-owned with 53,000 miles on it now. Owning a BMW has been aggravating experience. It has had a lot of gaskets leaking and as I discovered after two of them with 53,000 miles on it now. Owning a BMW has been aggravating experience. It has had a lot of gaskets leaking and as I discovered after two of them broke after I hit potholes (very common in VA) the fenders are plastic. The service manager did work with me for the first fender and was willing to replace it after contacting BMW at no charge but when the other side broke I decided this was no longer the car for me. The gaskets were still a concern of mine but I think this is more a function of the car than the dealership and don't want to penalize them for that. If you are looking for cost efficient reliable car BMW is not the car for you. If you want a car that is fun drive and don't mind some costly repairs or maintenance then this is definitely the car for you. Fun to drive, expensive to own (should be their new slogan). I did revised my scores and this write up to more accurately reflect my experience of service. More

For this I will always be a customer with them.Since I travel between nj and dc so often its nice to know I can get great service in both states.
