With the announced BMW incentives in Dec. 2020, I solicited offers on either a 2021 BMW 330i or BMW 330e from approximately 8 BMW dealers in central and eastern Pennsylvania. Using the BMW configura solicited offers on either a 2021 BMW 330i or BMW 330e from approximately 8 BMW dealers in central and eastern Pennsylvania. Using the BMW configurator, both models were fully specified and forwarded to the dealers via the email link on the dealership websites. I also included pictures and description of my trade-in with an expected price. Three dealerships responded quickly, but Madeline was slightly faster than the rest. She collected my info and relayed it to Ashley. A competing dealership was just a tad slower. The on-line sales contact at a third dealership, responded quickly, but the salesman failed to follow-up. The other 5 dealerships? They never responded. In any case, Ashley came thru with the best offer on a 2021 330e and then found an unsold "in-production" model that was even a sweeter deal. Delivery occurred during Christmas - New Year's week and was a breeze. Brian Amill processed my paperwork, and I was back on the road. This was our first time visiting the showroom to look for a car. We had a BMW from another dealership outside of Pa where we used to live. Since we brought the car in for service we figured we would look fo a car. We had a BMW from another dealership outside of Pa where we used to live. We were warmly greeted by the receptionist who quickly informed the sales team that we needed assistance. We were introduced to Chris who was very friendly and engaging. The overall experience at Daniels was very positive and stress free. Chris listened to us and what we wanted. He showed us several cars and we took them out for test rides. In the end we picked the model we wanted and in no time we had a deal and drove off with our new car. I would also like to mention Brian and Joe and all their efforts along with Chris in making the the decision to buy a car at Daniels the right decision.
