I was put through to Ashley Alderfer who met with us later in the day. Note it was over 1 hour to reach this dealership from our home, and could have visited at least four other BMW shops that were closer - but none had the deal Daniels was offering. No stress, so monkey business, just relaxed interaction with Ashley and Clint, the finance guy. We had a small glitch where Daniels doesn't accept checks over $2K, but I was able to make a quick 20 minute trip to a bank branch before they closed on a Saturday afternoon to get a bank check. In the meantime the dealership had detailed the car and taken care of all of the paperwork. Great people to work with! More

I have used Daniels for a number of years and am extremely fond of their maintenance and parts departments as well as the BMW sales dept As is always the case, I am sure there is someone better on the planet, but I haven't found them and this is my eighth BMW. We had taken a test driver prior and today we were ready to negotiate. Eric did not disappoint, he along with Joe Grazer, Sales Manager, developed a deal that was too good to pass up. We got the most for our trade and we were afforded all rebates and bonuses. The entire visit was a pleasure when you deal with professionals. Joe and Eric were extremely professional and gracious. They made car buying a pleasure, and that is difficult in auto sales. The title above says it all, for us each subsequent purchasing experience at Daniels is truly "Getting Better all the Time".
