Always a Great Experience I have to say that I love these guys...so much so that I've purchased 3 BMWs in the last 3 years from them. Clint is such a great guy to work with. I have to say that I love these guys...so much so that I've purchased 3 BMWs in the last 3 years from them. Clint is such a great guy to work with. There's never any pressure to buy anything. He's knowledgeable and he does everything! He's the BMW Genius, asst. finance dude, asst sales mgr dude and pretty much everything. It's nice not having to go from office to office to sign paperwork. Plus it just feels much more classy of an atmosphere here compared to other dealers I've dealt with. My only regret is that I'll be moving in a year so I'll have to find a new dealer in Tampa. Nothing but good things to say about the sales and service guys here. You can't go wrong at Daniels BMW! More

This time a vehicle with the trim package we wanted could not be located so we ordered and waited for it to arrive. It arrived as desired, and two weeks earlier than promised, which was fantastic. New M3 purchase Bought a 2018 M3. I worked with Dmitry and he was great. 1 issue I wouldn’t have expected: After the car was detailed for me to pick up, there Bought a 2018 M3. I worked with Dmitry and he was great. 1 issue I wouldn’t have expected: After the car was detailed for me to pick up, there were water marks on the windows and certain place on the paint. And when I opened the hood, there was tons if white water marks all over with a powdery residue. I wiped it down myself and it looks good. But they are definitely using hard water to wash cars and it’s not good. I live within 5 minutes of the dealer and the water around here is very very hard. I would suggest some water softening equipment in the detailing area and car wash. Love the car though! More

Great Deal; Great to Deal With I had been shopping around for a CPO X4 for several weeks, and I found what I was looking for at Daniel's BMW. I was emailing Dmitry about the one th I had been shopping around for a CPO X4 for several weeks, and I found what I was looking for at Daniel's BMW. I was emailing Dmitry about the one they had in stock, and he was able to get me a price that made the ~100 mile drive worth it. He was also able to get me a fair price for my trade to sweeten the deal. I arrived at Daniel's to find that the dealership was clean, modern, and had a very friendly atmosphere. Dmitry was polite, professional, and attentive. He worked on getting everything lined up (financing, paperwork, etc.) before I arrived so that I could get back on the road in my new car as soon as possible. Being out of state, I had a bit more paperwork to go through than a PA buyer. Clint Peters from finance was well prepared with a stack of paperwork, and his explanation of everything I signed was succinct. Before I knew it, Dmitry was demonstrating all the new features and options of my new car, and stuck around to answer any questions I had. The complimentary aluminum & leather key chains and pen were a nice touch. Despite living far away, I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know who is willing to travel for good prices and great service. More
