Clearly, this was a great automobile, but... not quite the car I wanted. Options on it didn't interest me; the options I most wanted weren't on it. "Not a problem," said Ashley Alderfer. We sat at her computer terminal and built from the ground up. Options added, some of which I wouldn't have thought to ask for had Ash not suggested them. Weeks later, within hours of taking delivery of the car, I knew that she had steered me right (if you'll pardon the pun.) The car delivered to me was the car I'd been hoping for when I walked into the dealership that first day. Ash made it happen: she tailored BMW capabilities to what this customer was looking for, and I couldn't be more pleased.
