Ryan; I just returned from a business trip and saw your comments. I am disappointed your experience with our dealership and staff were so distressing. Is there a chance I might be able to assist you if it is not too late? Even if it is too late to assist with your need that caused the problem, it would be helpful to improve our services if you would be kind enough to speak with me directly, so I can better understand the circumstances you referenced. I am the General Manager, and customer experience is important to our organization. Although my schedule has me out of the dealership much of next week, if you would be kind enough to provide a phone number I will be sure to call you. Thank you for sharing your concerns, and I look forward to an opportunity to assist you, and get your feedback. Bill Stoeckel, General Manager, Daniels BMW 610-820-2950

Thank you for sharing your comments. I am especially grateful that you recognized Ethan and Susan in a positive manner. We value feedback. In reading your comment about writing to Daniels BMW and not getting a response, this is never what we intend. I am the General Manager, and I did not receive a communication about a situation like you are describing. If you could help with with identifying yourself, and who you addressed your letter to, I will speak with that person. Please accept an apology if your experience in the purchase process was unsatisfactory. Dealerrater allows us a chance to contact a customer directly before they publish their review. Although I encourage you to share your feelings openly and honestly, we would like a chance to review your listed concerns. Also, please understand that in tagging Susan and Ethan in your review rating, you will be adversely affecting their personal rating when that doesn't appear to be your intent. Your comments about them are very positive, but your lower overall rating will actually be doing them a disservice If you would consider providing me with your name and possibly the last seven digits of your 535GT, it will allow me to research this further. As you can see from DealerRater reviews, we have a good reputation, and we are disappointed you have a negative opinion of your sales experience. Once you allow me to dig into your compliant, you will have the opportunity to modify or keep your review. Either way, please understand that your review comments will not outweigh the ratings of Ethan and Susan. It's just the way these things work on the internet these days. If after we communicate further if you are still angry with us, you certainly have the right to express that in your review. Please feel free to contact me with your information @bstoeckel@danielsbmw.com. I am currently travelling out of town, but will be in the office next week. Thank you for your time and consideration. Good Morning, I was hoping to have heard back from you, but when I read my previous email to you, I noticed a couple of typos. One was my email address, so perhaps you have tried, and the error on my part prevented a response from getting to me. I am concerned about your comments, and would like the chance to research and address your concerns. So please feel free to contact me either by phone at the dealership: 610-820-2950 or via email: bstoeckel@danielsbmw.com Bill Stoeckel General Manager

Deb; Thank you for revising your review and giving consideration to Susan and Ethan. Again, I offer an apology for your upsetting experience with our PreOwned Manager and our store. Since I last communicated with you, I did have the chance to discuss this issue further to learn more about what happened so we can use the experience to help prevent future situations like yours. In doing so, one thing I noticed, was contrasting facts with your comment about the financing. According to the records I reviewed, we did indeed switch your financing from BMW Financial Services but to a source with a lower rate, not a higher rate. Apparently, we failed to communicate this to you properly. As far as what you believed your trade was worth, I can't respond to that factually because I was not part of the conversation and i don't know the sources of information you reference. Clearly, you felt your car was worth more, and this is a very common feeling with cars that are only about a year old. Car depreciation in the first year of ownership in the largest. This is because once a car is registered and driven even a few miles, it is considered a used car, and people expect to pay much less for it. A dealer has to offer less to insure a margin between a new car and the trade making it attractive We need a profit to cover normal business costs. You may believe we took advantage of you, but the truth is we did not make any usurious profits on your purchase, or trade. With this said, I do understand the way you were treated created your perception, and you have every right to express your frustrations. We failed if we left you with such strong feelings for such a long period of time. Again, we appreciate your service business, and I invite you to give us another chance at selling you your next car in the future. I believe you will have a better experience. Thank you for sharing your thoughts. It helps me work with our staff to seek continuous improvement. With thousands of transactions they don't always go perfectly, but we do honestly try to be better than most. We have won more awards for excellence from BMW than any other dealer in the USA. This tells me we are doing at least some things right. I am not naive enough to think we are perfect. Sincerely; Bill Stoeckel General Manager

We appreciate your comments and your business. We are sorry to hear we were not able to meet your expectations. When you purchased this car last year, you clearly left with perceptions that were less than we would want. My recent invitations to speak to you directly still stand if you wish to discuss your dissatisfaction with me. Hopefully, you will give us a future chance to make you happy.
