Being a self-proclaimed "car guy", I had an idea of what I wanted, but wound up looking closely at no less than 5 or 6 different BMWs on the lot... including many calls, and test drives, and text messages, and deliberations. Jane humored me and was very accommodating, helping me make what was ultimately a great decision. Jane worked with me to get me the right car at the right price, and I couldn't be happier with the process and results! I'll be visiting Jane again in 3 years for my next car! More

I worked with Jane Billig at the recommendation of my service advisor, Todd. I asked for someone 'who is nice' and he was on target!! She was very accommodating, trustworthy and responsive during the whole process. She made the experience easy and very enjoyable. Everyone I have worked with from the service department to the receptionist to the client advisors have been professional and kind. I don't see myself ever going anyplace else! More

After hearing our concerns about the size and comfort of the X-1 ,we initially considered purchasing, she suggested we look at a 335xiGT. It was exactly what we wanted. She was very professional throughout the whole experience and explained everything to our satisfaction.We have already recommended her to two of our friends.She is an asset to the sales department.This is the fourth BMW we have purchased from Daniels BMW and we highly will continue to recommend the dealership to all of our friends. Usually at other dealers definitely judge us by our looks because my boyfriend and I are in our young 20's, but not here. Susan was such an awesome sales person and cant wait til its my turn to purchase my first BMW from here. My boyfriend loves his car and THANKS to Susan its was a great experience from beginning to end. Nice car buying experience We had a good sales experience with Jane Billig. Looked at several CPO X6 2012 models and found one at Daniels that we liked. The CPO price at Daniels was a little higher then other dealerships even when accounting for mileage etc... We had a little bumper dent which we got fixed through insurance however, they still downgraded the trade-in value by $2000 b/c of the minor claim. Apart from the higher then average price and low trade-in value, the overall sales experience was easy. More
