Amazing Customer Service I leased a BMW through Daniels BMW back in November. The customer service was fantastic. Carrie Fortune was our sales contact. This past weekend while I leased a BMW through Daniels BMW back in November. The customer service was fantastic. Carrie Fortune was our sales contact. This past weekend while driving through the Poconos my run-flat tire sprung a leak. Non of the tire dealers in the nearby Pocono area had my brand of tire and it would be 3-4 days before a replacement could be ordered. I reached out to Carrie who was able to check Daniels inventory. Given that it was a saturday, the service center closed at 1 pm and my drive was well over an hour and a half away given the flat tire. Carrie was able to work with the service center to remain open until I was able to arrive. Carrie and the service center staff went well beyond the call of duty for me. I would never buy another BMW away from Daniels again. The entire dealership was top notch. More
