I’ve been a client of Robin’s for about 10 years. Robin takes the extra step or initiative in cutting back on future services needed as well. I purchased my second MINI there and currently still make the drive from the Philadelphia area for my maintenance and service appointments. If I’m in need of emergency service I will go to the MINI by me otherwise I’m pretty inclined to contact MINI of Allentown. The availability of having a loaner car makes the appointments less stressful. The prioritization of repairs is helpful so I can plan my budget around the services that need to be addressed immediately or later. They are friendly and courteous. Austin at service was awesome helping me. I had just taken my Mini for repairs in NJ so it could pass inspection and here I was again after spending close to $1000.00 the car failed again. Man I lost it I and blew my top and went off. But Austin in repairs handled everything like pro. He worked things out and I walked out with my car repaired and inspected at a reasonable price. Thanks Austin for working things out. More
