328i mis-fire Repaired by replacing all the coils and plugs. Runs like new. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loaner car was very nice as well. Water leak into car repaired For over a year we had water leaking onto the forward floor on both the driver and passenger side. The problem, which involved a broken drain tube fro For over a year we had water leaking onto the forward floor on both the driver and passenger side. The problem, which involved a broken drain tube from the sunroof, was repaired in one day and we have not had any more leakage, despite some heavy rainfall.
